Senior Director of Health Plans

Job Summary

Engaging health plans to unlock healthcare dollars for investments in healthy food, safe housing, and other health drivers, the full-time Senior Director of Health Plans will lead a cross-functional team remotely while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to activate health plans to invest in health drivers, building business cases and sector momentum
• Engage with health plans' executive teams to implement strategies and achieve organizational goals
• Define and execute annual and multi-year goals, managing priorities and tradeoffs effectively

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of health plans' business models and operating contexts
• Prior experience in a health plan or federal policymaking role with senior health plan leadership engagement
• Fluency in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payment policy
• Proven track record in strategic planning and resource prioritization in dynamic environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes through relationship-building
