Job Summary

To support the development of innovative health policy solutions, the full-time Senior Director of Health Policy will manage thought leadership, drive business development, and oversee strategic execution in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead health policy thought leadership across key regulatory areas and reimbursement strategies
• Drive business development by identifying new revenue opportunities and leading RFP execution
• Design data-driven solutions and translate complex findings into compelling narratives for decision-makers

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in life sciences healthcare policy with recognized contributions to the field
• Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, particularly in coding and reimbursement
• Demonstrated success in a consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry with a track record of delivering results
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to influence clients and drive new opportunities
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex material in presentations
