Key Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal/RFP process, ensuring strategic alignment and successful negotiations
• Conduct strategy sessions to identify new profit opportunities and manage quarterly client business reviews
• Oversee a team of Account Experience Liaisons to address ongoing servicing needs and maximize account growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in account management and solution selling
• Four-year degree required
• Experience in building and executing strategic account management plans
• Proven success in selling IT solutions and negotiating contracts
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare trends
