Job Summary
Driving enterprise growth across multiple geographies, the full-time Senior Director of Healthcare Accounts will lead a high-performing sales organization focused on new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account penetration while collaborating closely with executive leadership in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional business performance, including bookings, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Lead and develop sales leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
- Establish disciplined execution across forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record in leadership roles
- Experience leading multi-layered sales organizations with responsibility for large-scale revenue ownership
- Demonstrated success in leveraging AI technologies and data-driven insights to improve sales performance
- Strong expertise in enterprise account management and strategic account planning
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
