Job Summary
Leading the evolution of the HRBP function, the fully remote Senior Director of HR Business Partnership will identify systemic issues, design talent mechanisms, and partner with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Raise manager and leadership quality by building capabilities and supporting succession planning

Required qualifications
- 10-12+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role

- Fluency in multi-state US employment law and experience with wage and hour complexities
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of using HR data to drive measurable outcomes
