Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Digital Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR2030 foundation initiatives focusing on AI readiness, data architecture, and process standardization
- Establish and manage a process/tech solutions team to align HR strategy with Enterprise IT execution
- Oversee project and change management teams to ensure effective program execution and workforce transition to digital solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in HR technology or digital operations
- Functional knowledge of major HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Experience in process re-engineering and global data governance
- Proven track record in Change Management and Project Management in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
