Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Digital Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR2030 foundation initiatives focusing on AI readiness, data architecture, and process standardization
  • Establish and manage a process/tech solutions team to align HR strategy with Enterprise IT execution
  • Oversee project and change management teams to ensure effective program execution and workforce transition to digital solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in HR technology or digital operations
  • Functional knowledge of major HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience in process re-engineering and global data governance
  • Proven track record in Change Management and Project Management in complex environments
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
