Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set global priorities and strategies for attracting, motivating, and retaining talent
  • Lead a team managing compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR operations while developing a global Total Rewards strategy
  • Monitor performance of third-party benefit vendors and ensure compliance with global benefits administration


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of global HR leadership experience, particularly in operations, benefits, compensation, and HRIS
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a successful track record in cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency with HR management software and people analytics
  • Experience in the tech industry and/or private equity-backed organizations is strongly preferred
  • Continual awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends
