Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of HR Operations & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and redesign the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Own and optimize HRIS and integrated People systems for accurate data and automation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain operational integrity across HR processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience
• Experience leading HRIS implementations or large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of labor law compliance and operational risk management
• Proven ability to redesign and scale People processes in complex environments
• Track record of using data to measure process improvements and operational impact
