Key Responsibilities
- Architect and redesign the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Own and optimize HRIS and integrated People systems for accurate data and automation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain operational integrity across HR processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience
- Experience leading HRIS implementations or large-scale HR digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of labor law compliance and operational risk management
- Proven ability to redesign and scale People processes in complex environments
- Track record of using data to measure process improvements and operational impact
