Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight for global benefits programs and compensation strategy
• Lead and develop a high-impact team by setting strategic direction and removing obstacles
• Integrate AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and transition to self-service infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards, preferably in high-growth tech environments
• Experience with modern HRIS systems, particularly Rippling, and hands-on system administration
• Implemented AI or automation tools to enhance team productivity and employee experience
• Experience working with international teams and understanding local regulations
• Ability to build logic and automation for data reporting and analytics
