Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior HR advisor to the Head of R&D, focusing on strategy, organizational design, and leadership development
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to enhance internal communications and advise on effective messaging during organizational changes
  • Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, embedding these values into talent management and decision-making processes


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in Biotech, TechBio, or Healthcare
  • Proven ability to partner with R&D or scientific organizations at the executive level
  • Expertise in total rewards and compensation strategy, particularly in performance-based pay
  • Strong business and financial acumen related to people strategy and enterprise value
  • Demonstrated executive presence with a builder's mindset, focusing on trust and clarity
