Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of People Business Partner (HRBP) - Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners supporting senior leaders in the Product organization
- Build high-trust relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic advice on People & Talent matters
- Implement data-driven solutions for organizational challenges and spearhead Talent Management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in a strategic HR role with a focus on enhancing business performance
- Proven experience supporting Product leadership at the executive level
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams in a global organization
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform strategic recommendations
- Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders
