Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of People Business Partner (HRBP) - Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of People Business Partners supporting senior leaders in the Product organization
  • Build high-trust relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic advice on People & Talent matters
  • Implement data-driven solutions for organizational challenges and spearhead Talent Management initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in a strategic HR role with a focus on enhancing business performance
  • Proven experience supporting Product leadership at the executive level
  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing teams in a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders
