Senior Director of Human Resources is a full-time position responsible for shaping and executing an integrated enterprise talent strategy to enhance business performance and scalability within a healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of multi-year workforce and talent management strategies
• Own and improve talent management frameworks, including succession planning and talent reviews
• Provide strategic oversight of performance management and coach senior leaders on effective practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent experience with expertise in talent management and workforce planning
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level talent initiatives and advising senior leaders
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical talent solutions
• Advanced analytical capability and comfort using workforce and talent data for decision-making
