Job Summary
Senior Director of Human Resources is a full-time position responsible for shaping and executing an integrated enterprise talent strategy to enhance business performance and scalability within a healthcare technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of multi-year workforce and talent management strategies
- Own and improve talent management frameworks, including succession planning and talent reviews
- Provide strategic oversight of performance management and coach senior leaders on effective practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR or talent experience with expertise in talent management and workforce planning
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level talent initiatives and advising senior leaders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical talent solutions
- Advanced analytical capability and comfort using workforce and talent data for decision-making
