Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product & Innovation ICHRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of ICHRA-focused products to enhance market competitiveness
• Build and optimize the ICHRA carrier and provider network to ensure competitive offerings and affordability
• Identify market opportunities and growth levers to expand ICHRA adoption across targeted populations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
• 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, health insurance, or related product environments
• Familiarity with ICHRA or alternative employer health benefit models preferred
• 3+ years of management experience required
