A company is looking for a Senior Director, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global implementation team, ensuring high performance and talent development
• Oversee the seamless transition of services to Operations and ensure client adoption for timely revenue realization
• Manage the Implementation P&L and drive process transformation for scalability and quality governance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in BPO/BPM, professional services, or consulting, with 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven P&L and financial management accountability for project delivery teams
• Mastery of complex performance metrics and data analytics for strategic decision-making
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in a geographically dispersed model
• Expertise in project management methodologies and executive risk management
