Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in leading implementation teams in the FinTech or SaaS industry
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in commercial banking (Treasury, Cash management)
• Experience leading client delivery teams related to digital banking
