Senior Director of Implementation

Job Summary

To build and implement an effective implementation process for Payment Integrity audit programs, the fully remote Senior Director of Implementation will manage high-performing teams, oversee onboarding activities, and ensure timely submission of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and lead high-performing teams in the implementation of end-to-end Payment Integrity programs, including Data Mining and audit types
• Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities, manage access, and support deliverable management processes
• Prepare executive status reports and project communications while ensuring adherence to quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity
• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end client implementations for data mining and clinical coding programs
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in budget, forecast, and resource management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
