Senior Director of Implementations

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of complex Medicaid implementation programs, the full-time Senior Director of Implementations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for government health services projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while managing executive stakeholder engagement and fostering a culture of accountability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Medicaid implementation programs from contract signature through steady-state operations
• Establish implementation strategies and governance frameworks to support client commitments and business objectives
• Provide executive oversight for large-scale implementation efforts, monitoring project health, schedules, and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of leadership experience in large-scale Medicaid or similar technology implementations
• Demonstrated experience with Medicaid, healthcare payer, or government modernization initiatives
• Proven ability to manage large portfolios, complex budgets, and geographically distributed teams
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, MES, MITA, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred
