Senior Director of Implementations

Job Summary

Leading client implementation activities, the full-time remote Senior Director of Implementations will oversee project execution, governance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of client implementation engagements, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Establish governance frameworks for implementation activities, including risk management and performance monitoring
• Develop and improve implementation methodologies and metrics to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in implementation, operations, consulting, or project leadership
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing implementation or project management teams
• Proven success in leading large-scale client implementations in healthcare or related industries
• Strong background in operational process improvement and project governance
