Senior Director of Implementations
Job Summary
To lead a transformative initiative, the full-time remote Senior Director of Implementations will manage the complete post-sale journey, including migrations, while rebuilding the existing implementation teams into a unified organization that serves all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full post-sale journey from signed deal through successful customer go-live, including migrations
- Rebuild the existing implementation and migration teams into a single organization with a shared methodology and quality expectations
- Establish reliable measurement and reporting for implementation performance, including key performance indicators like time-to-value and migration success rate
Required Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in building or scaling a professional services, implementation, or migration organization
- Experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or a closely related technology environment
- Demonstrated experience leading implementation or professional services delivery for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of implementation economics, capacity planning, and project delivery
- Experience selecting or implementing PSA, project management, or ticketing operational tooling
