Senior Director of Individual Giving

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Individual Giving (Major Gifts) to expand its major gifts program focused on individual donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors and philanthropic advisors
• Develop and execute tailored strategies for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Partner with the Development team to design a comprehensive individual giving strategy and maintain a robust donor pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a focus on individual major gifts
• Proven track record of successfully soliciting and closing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Experience managing a high-value donor portfolio and meeting revenue targets
• Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and contribute to shared goals
