Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To lead and transform the company's global information security program, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will define and execute the cybersecurity strategy, serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, and champion a security-first culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global information and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
• Lead enterprise-wide security governance, policy development, and maintain the enterprise cyber risk register
• Oversee security operations, incident management, and business continuity planning, ensuring effective crisis response during security incidents

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5+ years in senior security leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Proven success in building or maturing security programs in global technology environments
• Deep understanding of information security frameworks and technologies, including cloud security and data protection
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CCISO are desirable
