Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, partnering with various teams to balance strategic planning and operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response and cyber resiliency efforts, including modernization of the Security Operations Center
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain a centralized risk governance framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multiple information security domains, particularly in cloud security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on engineering background in AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Proven experience in designing and executing continuous compliance programs under various regulatory frameworks
