Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable, business-aligned security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products while collaborating with various departments to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle
• Lead incident response efforts and modernize the Security Operations Center for enhanced threat detection and hunting
• Establish and maintain continuous compliance programs and centralized risk governance across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multiple information security domains, including cloud security and incident response
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on engineering background in AWS cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
