Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program across multiple SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to balance strategic planning and operational execution while ensuring effective cyber risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of security architecture and DevSecOps practices across the organization
• Direct incident response and threat hunting efforts, modernizing the Security Operations Center (SOC) for enhanced cyber resilience
• Establish continuous compliance automation and centralized risk governance to align security with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools, including SIEM and SOAR technologies
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
