Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity program, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development and execution of a scalable security strategy for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various business units while ensuring effective risk management and innovation in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of security architecture and DevSecOps practices across multiple SaaS platforms
• Direct incident response efforts, threat hunting, and the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Develop and execute multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans aligned with business priorities and compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on engineering experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools
• Strong ability to communicate complex security risks in business terms to C-suite executives
