Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of cyber security architecture and engineering, the full-time remote Senior Director of Information Security will manage day-to-day operations, assess cyber risks, and enhance the organization's security posture while collaborating with IT and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify security opportunities and risks, developing solutions that align with organizational goals
• Refine and implement company-wide cyber security architecture in collaboration with various defense lines
• Lead the identity and access management program, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Industry certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
• At least 12 years of experience in global cybersecurity programs, with 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, including compliance, data protection, and application security
• Experience with risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001/2
