Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development and execution of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating closely with multiple business units to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture, ensuring integration of security practices in the software development lifecycle
• Lead incident response efforts and enhance the Security Operations Center's capabilities for 24x7 threat detection and hunting
• Drive continuous compliance automation and risk governance to meet regulatory requirements across various frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automated detection engineering
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and lead through influence across decentralized teams
