Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to ensure innovation while effectively managing cyber risk in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response efforts and enhance threat detection capabilities within the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain an auditable enterprise Risk Register

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security automation tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
