Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage the development of a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with multiple teams to balance strategic planning and operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and lead incident response efforts
• Implement security architecture and DevSecOps practices, embedding automated security gates into CI/CD pipelines
• Develop multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans and align security investments with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on engineering background in AWS cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
• Proven experience in designing continuous compliance programs under frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
