Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity program, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security framework for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with various teams to ensure security enables innovation while effectively managing cyber risks, with the option to work remotely or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security architecture and incident response strategy
• Oversee the modernization of the Security Operations Center and implement automated compliance and risk governance processes
• Foster collaboration across decentralized business units and drive security training initiatives for engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
