Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity program, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Information Security will manage strategic planning and operational execution of security initiatives for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mature a scalable, business-aligned security program while partnering with various teams to enable innovation and manage cyber risk
• Direct the modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and lead incident response, digital forensics, and crisis management efforts
• Establish and enforce security baselines, automated compliance, and risk governance across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, with a focus on cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on engineering background in AWS cloud infrastructure and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
• Proven track record in building or modernizing SIEM/SOAR pipelines and executing continuous compliance programs
