Senior Director of Information Security

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Information Security will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, partnering with various teams to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering-first security architecture and implement security-as-code practices across platforms
• Direct incident response efforts, including crisis management and modernization of the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Develop multi-year cybersecurity strategic plans and align security investments with business priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in various information security domains, including cloud and software platform security
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on engineering background in AWS cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
