Senior Director of Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and delivery of a comprehensive infrastructure ecosystem, the full-time Senior Director of Infrastructure will manage cloud modernization and automation initiatives while ensuring security and IT service operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise cloud strategies across AWS and Azure, focusing on automation and governance
• Oversee the development of Governance-as-Code programs and enforce compliance through automated policies
• Direct IT service and support operations, establishing a user-centric delivery model and continuous improvement processes

Required qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with 15+ years in senior leadership roles
• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture and governance, including hands-on proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security architectures, and cyber hygiene programs
• Experience leading FinOps programs and managing multi-million dollar infrastructure budgets
• Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to C-suite stakeholders
