Senior Director of Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Innovation Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive equipment and product strategy for the on-tap product category
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine delivery and storage systems
• Oversee supply chain and distribution for on-tap and other dispensing machines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, Industrial Design, Product Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product strategy or a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage industry
• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful products
• Expertise in food service and contract managed services, food equipment and technology, and P&L management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
