Senior Director of Innovation Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Innovation & Industry Engagement (Program Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the program in alignment with DoD mission objectives
• Lead engagement with industry partners and utilize market intelligence to enhance program capabilities
• Oversee the external visibility program aligned with the CTO vision and ensure effective program execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of 18+ years of functional and technical innovation experience, with at least 12 years in specific innovation roles
• Proven experience navigating the DoD ecosystem and translating commercial technology trends into government strategies
• Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
