Job Summary

Senior Director of Innovative Mobility is a full-time, exempt position responsible for leading strategy and execution in zero-emission mobility initiatives, overseeing program development, influencing policy, and ensuring fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Innovative Mobility initiative strategy and operational plan
• Provide executive oversight of major programs and ensure alignment with initiative goals
• Identify and secure new funding opportunities and maintain relationships with partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in innovative mobility or related clean transportation sectors
• 7+ years of program and project management experience
• 5+ years of business development and partnership cultivation experience
• Proven team leadership and staff management experience with direct reports
