Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders for significant investments
• Lead the development of grant proposals and reports, ensuring compliance and alignment with funder guidelines
• Develop and execute strategic donor engagement and stewardship plans to strengthen long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in institutional fundraising
• Proven track record of securing five- and six-figure grants from various funding sources
• Experience managing a portfolio of institutional funders through all phases of fundraising
• Familiarity with charter schools, K-12 education, and policy or advocacy organizations
• Exceptional grant writing and proposal development skills
