Job Summary
Owning the vision and strategy for the Integrations Cloud, the full-time Senior Director of Integrations will transform data connectivity for institutions, driving retention and expansion outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the multi-year vision and strategy for the Integrations Cloud, focusing on retention and churn reduction
- Lead the transformation to a self-service integration platform, ensuring operational rigor and accountability
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, establishing metrics for reliability, SLA attainment, and customer health
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in software with significant leadership experience in integration or data-platform roles
- Proven track record of setting and executing a multi-year platform vision
