A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Intellectual Property and Commercial Strategic Partnering Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and operational plans for global intellectual property strategy and commercial partnering
• Structure, review, and negotiate complex commercial transactions
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio and provide strategic guidance on IP-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of experience in intellectual property and commercial strategy within a global organization
• Proven track record in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
• Strong commitment to integrity and ethical behavior
