Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Internal Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal communication strategies to support business priorities and cultural values
• Act as a communications advisor to senior leadership and manage change communication plans for organizational initiatives
• Measure the impact of communications and enhance employee engagement through effective channels and feedback mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement
• Proven ability to lead communication strategies in large, complex organizations
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or Lewin
• Strong project management skills and high emotional intelligence
