Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of over 300 technology vendors and ensure effective implementation and optimization of internal systems
• Lead initiatives for data governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization's software ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading internal business systems or enterprise technology platforms
• Experience managing large technology portfolios and vendor relationships
• Proven success in optimizing software investments and driving operational efficiency through technology
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and SaaS ecosystems, with experience in Salesforce implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
