Senior Director of Interoperability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management (Interoperability), Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion long-term vision for national health information exchange participation
• Act as the primary liaison between various internal teams to align product and business strategies with regulatory requirements
• Lead complex interoperability initiatives and manage strategic relationships with HIEs, payers, and vendors

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years of health technology leadership experience with a focus on health information exchange
• 8+ years of experience in negotiating and leading partnerships involving advanced interoperability
• Strong technical fluency in healthcare data standards, specifically HL7, FHIR, and USCDI
• Experience influencing national technology initiatives related to health information exchange
• Deep understanding of healthcare privacy and security standards governing health information exchange
