Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of centralized planning and inventory management

• Provide executive oversight of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (required)
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, PMP) strongly preferred
• 12+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations
• 7+ years of experience in strategic leadership and people management
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise planning transformation
