Senior Director of Investments

Job Summary

Owning the alternatives investment strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Investments will lead due diligence and portfolio construction while collaborating with advisors and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research, due diligence, and monitoring across various alternative investments, chairing the Alternative Investment Subcommittee
• Build frameworks for allocation sizing and diversification, contributing to asset allocation decisions on the Public Markets Subcommittee
• Partner with Wealth Advisors to enhance portfolio construction and provide education on alternative investments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant investment experience in RIA, multi-family office, OCIO, or asset management
• Direct experience in alternatives due diligence and strong knowledge of public markets and asset allocation
• Proven track record of presenting to an Investment Committee
• Direct client-facing experience with a focus on relationship building
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CAIA preferred or in progress
