Senior Director of Investor Services

Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of significant client relationships, the full-time remote Senior Director of Investor Services will manage investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury services while leading a team of Directors to ensure high-quality service delivery and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for Investor Services delivery across major client relationships, ensuring high-level coordination and partnership
• Lead and develop a team of Directors responsible for investor onboarding, AML compliance, and treasury operations
• Design and execute the organizational structure and capability roadmap to support increased business volume without sacrificing service quality

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in investor services at a fund administrator
• 10+ years of experience leading managers and building multi-tiered leadership organizations
• Deep operational expertise across the investor lifecycle, including LP onboarding and AML/KYC processes
• Proven track record managing complex client engagements at an enterprise scale
• Experience in organizational design and building structures and processes for growing businesses
