Senior Director of IT

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, IT & Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and roadmap for AI-first internal systems and communicate it with executive leadership
• Serve as IT's representative on the AI Innovation Board, coordinating cross-functional AI enablement needs
• Own the AI tool deployment playbook and ensure 99.9% uptime across all AI platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience with a strong background in enterprise applications
• Demonstrated experience with AI adoption and tools in daily workflows
• Comfortable with cross-functional communication and board-level reporting
• Aware of CJIS compliance; public sector IT governance experience is a plus
• Strong project portfolio management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams
