Senior Director of IT

Job Summary

Leading enterprise IT services in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Director of IT will manage end user computing, IT service desk operations, and ITSM process maturity while overseeing technology experiences for a distributed workforce across the US and Mexico.

Key responsibilities:

• Sets strategy for enterprise IT services and drives modernization of endpoint management and user technology experience
• Leads IT service desk operations and ensures ITSM process discipline across incident, problem, change, request, and asset management
• Develops and manages a leadership team, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and service delivery culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in IT operations or end user computing
• 6+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary IT organizations
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM concepts and experience with ServiceNow preferred
• Experience leading IT operations across multiple geographies, including international locations
