Senior Director of IT
Job Summary
To oversee and lead all aspects of IT and cybersecurity operations, the full-time Senior Director of IT will collaborate with the CTO to align IT strategy with business objectives, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure the security and reliability of IT systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO to develop and implement the company's cloud and technology roadmap
- Lead the infrastructure and cloud operations team to ensure reliable IT service delivery and operational efficiency
- Oversee cybersecurity measures and compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST standards across all IT systems
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on infrastructure and Microsoft Azure
- Strong technical background in Microsoft Azure and data/voice networking
- Proven experience managing complex cloud infrastructure organizations
- Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, and SOC 2 audit practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a technical environment
