Senior Director of IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for enterprise infrastructure, the full-time Senior Director of IT Infrastructure will manage operations across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business goals while overseeing modernization and security initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure strategies to support business growth and digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of cloud platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 10 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments
• 5 years of senior leadership experience directing infrastructure teams
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
