Job Summary
Leading the Business Solutions Architecture, Program Management Office, and Quality Assurance organizations, the hybrid Senior Director of IT Solutions will manage portfolio governance, oversee project delivery, and align technology initiatives with business objectives across various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations, ensuring effective portfolio governance and project prioritization
- Provide executive leadership with real-time visibility into portfolio health, risks, and tradeoffs
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define roadmaps and deliver scalable business solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or technology organizations
- Proven track record of managing a complex portfolio in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with Engineering and IT teams
- Experience in implementing product-management disciplines within IT delivery
